Why does SAS Lizia collect my personal data?
SAS Lizia uses your personal data mainly for the following purposes:
Order and customer relationship management
We need information about you to manage your orders and follow-up (for example, deliveries, invoices, accounting and in particular the management of customer areas, management of the SAS Lizia Ambassador program, monitoring of customer relations such as carrying out satisfaction surveys, managing complaints and after-sales service, or selecting customers to carry out studies, surveys and product tests.
Payment for your orders or subscriptions
When you pay on our site, your payments are secure. SAS Lizia does not collect your payment data but only a payment identifier as well as the first 6 and last 4 digits of your bank card to allow you to recognize the card that was used for payment. All of your bank details are collected only by our PCI-DSS certified payment service provider which guarantees the security of payments.
Payment on purchaseWhen you pay for an order, the data relating to the bank card used for payment is kept for the time necessary for the transaction, then for a period of 15 months from the payment in order to guarantee proof of the transaction.
Payment as part of a subscriptionIf you have subscribed to a SAS Lizia subscription service or any other subscription service, the bank card used for payment at the time of subscription to the subscription is recorded for the purposes of paying the installments of your tacitly renewed subscription.
Registering your bank card in the electronic walletIf you have accepted the registration of your bank card to facilitate your future purchases, your card is associated with your SAS Lizia customer area under the "My payment methods" section and kept for this purpose for the duration of the bank card's validity as long as you wish to associate it with your customer area. The personalization of our services and the messages we send to youThe data concerning you allows us to improve and personalize the services we offer you and the communications we send you. For example: we can send you personalized emails or recommend products similar to those you have already purchased or viewed and which correspond to your interests.
Fight against FraudPersonal data collected on the site is also processed in order to secure payments and deliveries in order to ensure optimal quality of service. SAS Lizia determines the level of fraud risk associated with each order. As part of this analysis, SAS Lizia may question its service providers specializing in risk prevention to refine its analysis.
